How long will it take to receive my order?

Since our merchandise is often printed to order to ensure the highest quality, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days within the United States.

What is your return policy for apparel?

We want you to feel fabulous! If your item is damaged or the wrong size, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our drag merch worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

How should I care for my printed t-shirts and hoodies?

To keep your prints vibrant, we recommend machine washing cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to prevent shrinkage and preserve the artwork.

Can I track my package once it has shipped?

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
